Kresge Student Co-ops

Music Co-op
Kresge features a Music Co-op, a space where students and bands may practice instruments with amplified sound (as this is not allowed in the apartments). Eight storage lockers are available and assigned by lottery. The Music Co-op also functions to organize and promote concerts at Kresge College.
Food Co-op
The Kresge Food Co-op is a non-profit food store located on the south side of Kresge. The Co-op supports small farmers, the UCSC Farm Project, and the Kresge Garden. Inventory focuses on natural and organic foods. While anyone can buy food at the Food Co-op, members receive a discount.
Photo Co-op
Kresge provides a darkroom, development equipment and chemicals at the Lab, which is available 24 hours a day.
Garden Co-op
The Kresge Garden is a community space where students empower themselves to learn how to grow their own food from seed, dig beds, create a functional compost system, and work together cooperatively.
