Staff Advising Appointments
☀️☀️☀️ We have plenty of Zoom appointments open this summer. If you'd prefer to meet in person, please email us at KresgeAdvising@ucsc.edu and we'll do our best to accommodate ☀️☀️☀️
Kresge offers 15 minute express appointments for the following reasons:
- Enrollment
- Forms/Petitions/Appeals
- Graduation/Progress Check
- Leave of Absence, Withdrawal, Return
- Reason Not Listed/Other
Students can schedule a 30 minute appointment to discuss:
- Academic Difficulty/Academic Standing
- Academic Planning/Guidance
- Choosing/Exploring a Major/Minor
Make your appointment using the Navigate Slug Success App. You need to choose "Advising" in order to see our available appointments. Please note that you'll only be able to see availability for appointments up to two weeks from now.
If you're not currently enrolled, you'll need to call or email us to schedule an appointment; only active students can make appointments in the Navigate Slug Success app.

You can reach us via email at KresgeAdvising@ucsc.edu. We receive a high volume of inquiries, but will make every effort to respond as soon as possible. Please only email us from your @ucsc.edu account, and be sure to include your name and ID number in your message. Location: Kresge ACAD 2202A - We're on the middle level of the new Kresge Academic building, which is just across the upper bridge from the Core West parking garage.
Peer Advising Calendar

In-person peer advising is in our office in the Kresge Academic Building room 2202A, and for virtual peer advising you can find the Zoom link in the associated event on the calendar below.
Kresge peer advisors can answer questions about enrollment and short-term academic planning, refer you to helpful campus resources, and assist you with booking an appointment with a staff advisor for more complex concerns.
