Common Ground Spaces

Common Ground is located upstairs from the Kresge Piazetta (pictured here).

The Center is located on the 2nd floor of the UCSC Kresge College Office. The Center is a welcoming and hospitable space for meeting new collaborators and friends, pursuing an inquiry, writing, being inspired and having conversations that matter. It is home base for the core faculty and student groups operating under the Center.

The main room of our Center is a multi-functional reception area offering tea and hospitality.  It is used as a conference room, and lounge. Students and community members are welcome there anytime the building is open. Student interns staff the office. It is our hub for activity and creative synergy, and offers resources for collaboration and action.
